How can we make a new public space that is BRILLIANT for families? We’re working with four artists this summer to explore the heritage and potential of the Castle Gateway through creative deviation. Jade Blood, Julia Davis Nosko, Mat Lazenby and Rich Corrigan are running family friendly workshops designed to get you thinking about the past, present and future of this fantastically versatile space.
Come along and work in clay making your own mottes, mounds and castles. Drawing on inspiration from the landscape and histories of Cliffords Tower we are exploring the nature of the space by using greenery and natural elements on site. Sharing ideas together of how the space looked and felt - and how it can look and feel in the future
